Introduction

Terra Firma Africa is a prime contractor and supplier of modern construction technologies, across Kenya, Mozambique and Tanzania, Zanzibar and Zambia. We specialise in building high quality, challenging projects throughout the region for some of the most high profile regional and global companies and developers operating throughout the region. Whether the project is on the remote regions supporting oil and gas exploration, or luxury hotels in Zanzibar, we focus on quality, speed of delivery and understanding our clients’ needs.

DESIGN

The first step in every project is to understand what our clients need to achieve, and we design their development around their strategic goals. There are many factors to consider at this stage, the core of which is ultimate use of the development, its purpose and project-critical deadlines. Our ethos is to balance the need for a cost-effective, rapid build with detailed thinking on amenities, landscaping and quality of life for the building’s occupants.

BUILD

We offer a turn-key service from clearance, civils and groundworks, structure and mechanical installations. We have a number of construction technologies to hand and we’ll help the client choose the one that best suits the project in terms of cost, deadline and purpose. We employ our own staff, helping to ensure we deliver projects on time and within budget.

MANAGE

We provide a range of management services to ensure the smooth running of the development once completed. As part of the Sunbird Group our services expand to (but are not limited to): mechanical and electrical building support, building and grounds maintenance, housekeeping and reception staff. As with our building projects, our management services are delivered by our own staff, using local people with a high level of local knowledge, skills and expertise.
